Objective:

SunLore Homes, Inc. wanted to create a user-friendly, dynamic customer portal to aggregate the communication between themselves and their customer. They wanted their customers to functionally monitor the progress of the project as well as have the ability to log in and make educated decisions based on current information. 

SunLore Homes, Inc. also wanted to reallocate the resources and strengths that the dynamic customer portal gave them and created a business selling point feature and marketing tool for their website.

Solution: 

Caruso Technologies, LLC. completed the solution by analyizing and defining the needs of SunLore Homes, Inc. and created a roadmap for the project.  We then created the functionality of the main modules of the dynamic portal website.

By including the customer in the creation process we were able to successfully finish the project on time and within the client's budget.

SunLore Homes, Inc. is continually defining and expanding their original idea of the dynamic customer portal and has increased their sales as a direct result of the website.
